MyRent processes account, tenancy, billing, maintenance, and support data so users can operate and access their rental workspace.

We use email addresses for verification, welcome communication, dormancy warnings, and account security events. When delivery is temporarily unavailable, those messages may be queued for later retry.

Dormant accounts may be deactivated and later anonymized while keeping non-personal operational history needed for reporting, audits, and record integrity.
